Product Delivery

We deliver picture frame and canvas print to Malaysia. The delivery fee is RM8 and it is FREE if your order is more than RM80.00. 

1. What is your lead time?
Picture Frames: We run on-demand production to ensure our picture frames is under the best condition. Dispatch of all orders is usually made within approximately 3 to 6 working days depending on the type of your order. (Working Days = Monday – Friday)
Canvas Prints: Production takes approximately 4 to 8 working days depending on the type of your order. Shipping should take no more than 9 working days.

2. What if I need the frames in a hurry?
If you have an urgent requirement, we have a priority service available at extra charge, but please contact us before ordering. If for any reason the timescales cannot be honoured, you will be kept informed.

3. When do you deliver?
Products will only be delivered once payment is received. After the frames are manufactured and parceled, we dispatch using either Skynet Express Carrier or our nominated carrier. Parcels are delivered on a next working day service. The carrier usually delivers between 08:00 and 18:00.

4. Do you deliver during weekends?
Courier is delivering on Saturday. Sunday is not available.

5. I have ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
Call our customer service department on 012-5742980 and explain your situation, we will seek to amend the problem as quickly as possible.

Picture Frame

1. What does my wooden frame come with?
Frambie’s wooden picture frames are equipped a crystal clear acrylic glass, a 2.5mm thick MDF backing board, a mounting matte board (if you choose frame with mount) and appropriate hanging fixings.
2. What quality can I expect from products I buy with Frambie?
Expect only the best. We have built the Frambie brand around the concept of high quality and service. We feel strongly about providing our products at affordable prices too, often reducing our product prices.
3. How representative are the images on your website of the actual products?
We match the products you see on this website to the actual products as best as possible. However, due to varying screen settings and lighting environment, the colors may have slightly different.
4. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a range of discounts and promotional prices, typically through a promotion period. Discounts are applied automatically when you add products and change quantities in your shopping cart. If you have an offer code, simply enter this code in cart summary to obtain your discount. Free delivery is available for orders over RM80.00.

5. Do your frames hang or stand?
We sell both types. Most of our picture frames come with appropriate hanging fixings as standard but you can order stands instead. Remember however, some frames can be too big to stand up safely. We could not recommend standing a frame any larger than 8R frame with mount.

6. Are your frames easy to put together?
All frames are supplied assembled. The picture installation process is very simple. You just need to take out the backing board, placing the picture inside the frame and close it.

Canvas Print

1. What are your canvases printed on?
We use the premium artist matte canvas and Canon imagePROGRAF large format printer with original pigment inks system. These material & technology produce moisture resistant canvas prints and able to last for more than 200 years.

2. Do you apply coating on the canvas prints?
Yes, to produce high quality canvas prints, all our canvases are coated with premium coating. It is not only for protecting the canvas from cracking, but also act as protective shield against water and UV ray.

3. What file size/format do you need?
A JPG image at 300DPI is preferred for optimum results and a larger selection of canvas sizes.

4. What is the best way to set up my camera?
It is always best to refer to the manual that came with your camera to achieve the highest quality as every camera is different.

5. Do you offer custom size canvas print?
Yes, if you cannot find your preferred size on our website, please email your requirement to sales@frambie.com.

6. Can I order canvas print through email?
Yes, please email your image and requirement to sales@frambie.com.

2. Does Frambie store my credit card information?
No, we don’t. Frambie does not have access to your credit card details at all. Credit card details are highly encrypted and locked from view.

3. Can I pay using online bank transfer?
Yes, our online payment partner - iPay88 payment gateway supports online bank payment to almost all Malaysian local banks. We support maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, PBeBank and etc.
However, if you prefer Bank In Cash Payment manually, you can make the payment to our CIMB Bank Account.
